I would like to take this opportunity to thank two of your agents.
I had booked a flight on-line for my daughter and the flight involved a 24 hour stay in Frankfurt. I received a call to confirm my awareness of the layover and an agent directed me to a booking agent.
I didn\'t know that was possible.
I was then transferred, and the other representative was extremely helpful in rearranging the flights. I cannot thank your agents enough for the time and expertise. I am feeling much more comfortable in sending my daughter off alone on the journey she has chose to undertake.
